And the results are in
And I am aggravated because I have ALREADY typed this once and tried to spell check it and it all disappeared. I fear now that this post will not be as witty as it once was, but no one will know about that except for me!
OK -
I went to Weight Watchers yesterday to weigh in. I lost 4 pounds. I am now at a total of 49 pounds lost. I have struggled through the 40s and it is my hope that I will see new numbers next week. I think the major issue here was that I haven ever lost more than 46 pounds in my entire life. Therefore, I kept telling myself (subconsciously, I think) that I could not do it. I need to grab my willpower by the straps and get on with the weight loss!
In other news...I think I am finally getting over this stupid cold that I have had since THANKSGIVING. Hello! It is December 7th! I am so over this. I am told that I do "sound" better and that it seems like I am "draining". Apparently draining is a good thing because if you aren't "draining" you can get an infection. The draining is now making my stomach hurt though. I am not one of those people who can make that gross sound and get everything up and out of my system. So don't ask...it is just going to continue to may my tummy hurt.
I also wanted to share with you all a pet peeve of mine. If you are asked to do something or participate in something, you have the right to say "yes" or "no". You can even say "no thank you" or "not at this time", but there is NO reason to yell and excuse to the messenger. Furthermore, there is really no reason to give an excuse as all humans have the right to say "no" to something they do not want to do.
I guess that is all...again...I will try not to delete this one. I hope you all have a lovely day and remember not to yell at anyone...it just isn't nice!
